The purpose of the research - is to develop the production and trade development of science and technology based on world experience, to increase cooperation between universities, industry, research centers, entrepreneurs and markets, to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and technology, to create high-value research and development infrastructure and coordination of the scientific and production complex of services. Unlike the existing ones, different aspects of the technoparks - innovation, territorial integration and organizational interaction and marketing aspects have been investigating in the article. It is noted that the industrial technopark is widely used in the eco­no­mies of developed countries. The defining features of this technopark have been stressed by comparing the main features of technoparks, clusters and technological fields, technopolises. In world practice, the features of the formation of technology parks in industry are determined.

The methodology of the research - is a systematic and complex approach, comparative analysis, the use of methods related to the generalization and evaluation of international experience in modern times.

The practical importance of the research - the results obtained and the proposals and considerations can be applied in the activities of existing and new technoparks in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research - Based on the world experience of creating a technopark, the positive trends in society as a whole can be expressed in the development of programs and projects for socio-economic development. It is determined that the indicators characterizing the content of the social efficiency of the creation of technoparks should be calculated according to the expected areas of activity of the technopark and should be included in the indicators characterizing the profitability of technopark projects. Creation of jobs, increase of budget revenues, production of new goods, jobs, services (revenues from sales of goods, products, jobs, services for technopark projects (gross income); combined value for technopark projects; value-added per 1 manat of income), personnel training, infrastructure development.
