MANAGEMENT OF MODERN QUALITY APPROACHES IN HIGHER EDUCATION

A B S T R A C T

 

The purpose of the research is to examine the concept of quality in the higher education system, analyze modern approaches, and reflect their management by identifying the possibilities of their application in our country.

The methodology of the research – comparative analysis, analytical generalization, and synthesis methods were used in the study.

The practical importance of the research – improving quality assurance and management mechanisms in higher education contributes to the formation of the country’s competitive human capital, the training of specialists in accordance with labor market requirements, and the enhancement of higher education institutions’ positions in international rankings.

The results of the research – proposals have been made to improve quality approaches in higher education through strengthening institutional management mechanisms, implementing digitalized assessment systems, taking student satisfaction criteria into account, and integrating sustainable development principles into the educational process.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research – the article presents an evaluation of the concept of quality in higher education institutions based on modern approaches, different from traditional methods, and scientifically substantiates the possibilities of applying new models and indicators in line with international practices.
