INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE FORMATION OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR

A B S T R AC T

The purpose of the research is to study the experiences of different countries in financing the agricultural sector and to develop proposals and recommendations for implementing these practices in our country.

The methodology of the research involves the use of a multifaceted approach that combines induction, deduction, as well as both quantitative and qualitative methods.

The practical importance of the research is that it may be important for various stakeholders, including financiers, agricultural and agribusiness experts, investors, and students of agricultural sciences.

The results of the research show that the financing experiences of countries such as China, Latvia, the United Kingdom, and others have been examined, and the necessity of applying the relevant practices in Azerbaijan has been justified.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research lie in enriching the theoretical knowledge of the field by offering ideas and suggestions on the application of advanced international practices in agricultural financing. The analysis and proposed financing mechanisms draw attention to issues such as the development of the agricultural sector, increasing productivity in the field, regional development, technological integration, and other related matters. All of these aspects contribute to the scientific novelty and originality of the research. By combining both quantitative and qualitative methods, the study presents opportunities for the efficient use of agricultural potential with appropriate financing.
