Ways to improve formation and development processes of human capital

Purpose of the research - is to explore ways to improve formation and development processes of human capital. To this end, the importance of human capital formation processes is analyzed. Problems of improvement of management process mechanismsin the field of human capital development are investigatedin the thesis. The importance and role of human capital in enhancing a country's competitiveness in the global environment is justified. Factors preventing the strengthening of the management mechanisms with the basic elements of human capital are summarized here.

Research methodology - is systematic and comparative analysis, definition of methodological approaches and methods on ways to improve formation and development processes of human capital taking into account the works of different researchers, scientists, specialists and author's approaches.

Practical relevance of the research - the results of the study and the prepared proposals on mechanisms of improving the management processes of human capital formation and development can be used in the preparation of conceptual approaches, in the definition of activities, in the formation of the concept in human capital development within the country and in the educational process.

Research results - are to prepare proposals and recommendations to identify ways to solve problems of improving, the management of development processes and formation of human capital in modern conditions.

Originality and scientific novelty of the research - the research work reveals the essence of problems to ensure the effectiveness of management mechanisms of human capital formation and processes of its development in modern conditions. The essence of the identified problems is analyzed and the improvement of the existing mechanisms for the formation and development of human capital is justified taking into account global challenges. Based on statistical and comparative analysis of the main indicators and indicators of human capital formation and development, relevant recommendations and proposals are prepared in the end of the thesis.
