The purpose of the research is to study the issues of strategic management of industrial unions, to achieve more advanced technology for the implementation of activities in this area. The article examines the issues of accelerating the process of industrialization in the country, as well as the formation of industrial unions for the purpose of development and the application of modern technologies in their management. For this purpose, the scientific explanation of the concept of strategic management and its improvement is widely used in industrial enterprises.

The methodology of the research - the article explores the strategic combinations of management in industrial enterprises, substantiates the issues of adapting their implementation to the organizational structure. The article explains the necessity and scientific-practical issues of application of sub-concepts of strategic management, submits some proposals in this field, identifies development directions.

The practical importance of the research - the obtained results and the put forward offers and considerations can be applied in management activity of the existing and new industrial enterprises in Azerbaijan Republic.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research - a new mechanism for the management of industrial enterprises was put forward, a model for a more advanced and efficient industrialization process, strategic aspects of the strategic management of industrial unions were presented in the article.
