The purpose of the research is to analyze the impact of remote and hybrid work models on employee productivity and job satisfaction in the context of a changing work environment caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The methodology of the research is based on an analytical approach that includes a review of existing academic literature and an analysis of current practices.
The practical importance of the research lies in its provision of recommendations for modern organizations on the development of effective management strategies in a changing work environment. The research also serves as a guide for selecting appropriate work models in the new post-pandemic reality, contributing to the maintenance of employee productivity and motivation. In addition, it offers practical recommendations in the field of human resource management and the effective organization of a hybrid work environment, thereby supporting the formulation of well-founded managerial decisions.
The results of the research indicate that while remote and hybrid work provide flexibility and productivity, reduced personal interaction may lead to social isolation and a loss of motivation. However, the hybrid model mitigates these negative effects by creating a balance between collaboration and autonomy, thus improving the quality of the work environment.
The originality and scientific novelty of the research lie in its comprehensive examination not only of the technical and administrative aspects of work models in the post-pandemic period, but also of their psychosocial effects. This approach adds value to the existing academic literature and offers practical solutions for organizations.
