The purpose of the research - is to analyze and evaluate the models applied in the corporate governance system.

The methodology of the research-evaluation, comparative approach, model approach, general approach, etc. methods have been applied.

The practical importance of the research-in terms of ensuring sustainable development in the economy, the introduction of corporative governance is considered as one of the steps to increase economic efficiency. From this point of view, by evaluating various management models, we can determine the model that is effective for the economy of Azerbaijan.

The results of the research-as a result of the study, emphasizing the advantages of corporative governance and its economic efficiency, assessing the possibilities of its application, relevant recommendations and suggestions were put forward, which can be used to increase cooperation between the private and public sectors.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research-the models related to the corporative governance system were classified, their advantages were evaluated, applied opportunities were evaluated and determined.
