The purpose of the research - problems and solutions of improvement of the innovative environment in Azerbaijan are investigated. Problems of improvement of the innovative environment in our country are improved for this purpose. Importance of innovations in development of national economy and in increase in its efficiency is investigated. Importance of improvement of methods of management of processes of development and distribution of innovations are improved too. The questions connected with improvement of the existing innovative environment, creation of the favorable innovative environment for investors and formation of innovative infrastructure in the country are given then.
