The purpose of the research is to investigate the evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of innovative measures and projects in wheat processing industry enterprises.

The methodology of the research - systematic approach, comparative analysis, analysis, synthesis, scientific and logical generalization methods were used in the research process.

The results of the research - as a result of the research, suggestions and recommendations were made for the implementation of innovative measures and projects in order to reduce processing costs in the enterprises of the wheat processing industry.

The practical importance of the research - the main results of the research, the suggestions and recommendations given can be used to reduce processing costs and improve the quality of the finished product, as well as to evaluate the efficiency of the wheat processing industry of the enterprise.

The originality and scientific novelty of  the research - the importance and evaluation of the implementation of innovation measures and projects in wheat processing industry enterprises was studied for the first time.
