The purpose  of the research - University consists of the methods, factors, practical approaches of the international approach to industrial cooperation, the definition of the modern management structure and development trends.

The methodology of the research - the study was carried out in accordance with the theory of international experience in the formation of university-industrial cooperation, identifying some of the shortcomings of this cooperation and finally defining the form of cooperation in accordance with modern standards.

The practical importance of the research - the main provisions and results of the research can be used to master the theoretical foundations of university-industry cooperation and to make reasonable use of the existing possibilities of the republic.

The results of the research - the university is associated with the determination and consideration of the basis for the development of universities and industry as the main source of the formation of elements of industrial cooperation.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research - the study identified new approaches and factors for the formation and development of university-industrial coope-ration. It is suggested that the university be established in accordance with the international structure of industrial cooperation, in accordance with its components and main characte-ristics, taking into account the new development factors of the period.
