Financial mechanisms in grocery and food market regulation

The purpose of the research is to identify the issues of effective use of potential opportunities for using financial mechanisms, taking into account the principles and characteristics of nutrition and food market products in accordance with the growth rate of the country's population.

The methodology of the research - general research methods based on the regulatory framework and philosophical patterns in the regulation of nutrition and food market products using financial mechanisms and used individual research methods, such as comparative analysis, statistical and graphic research methods, a systematic approach, etc.

The practical importance of the research - the provisions outlined in the article, the obtained practical results and practical approaches can be used in the regulation of nutrition and food market products.

The results of the research - effective organization of local production in the formation of nutrition and food market products, the expected proportions between the production and consumption of crop and livestock products, targeted regulation of the cost of food and selling prices by the level of concentration of agriculture, crop and livestock production. Proposals were made to comply with food safety standards in production and consumption.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research - proposals for the effective use of existing economic mechanisms in the spheres of production and consumption, which constitute the material basis of nutrition and food market products, to balance the production and consumption of nutrition and food products with the identification of potential opportunities for financial mechanisms.
