The purpose of the research is to explore the potential of bank capital, specifically microfinance institutions for expanding market participants' access to finance to revitalize the economy of the liberated areas as a whole, including agriculture.
The methodology of the research is a systematic and comprehensive study of the place and role of microfinance institutions in lending to the country's economy, the importance of microcredit. In addition, the importance of the organization of micro-crediting for the formation and revival of small businesses in the areas, especially in the liberated territories, is assessed.
The practical importance of the research - the application of microcredit in the development and implementation of agrarian development strategies and action plans in the liberated areas that will serve these purposes; this type of lending to meet the daily needs of small agricultural producers, family farms is considered expedient.
The results of the research are to improve the credit product presentation processes of commercial banks and non-bank credit organizations engaged in micro-crediting and to formulate conceptual approaches in this area, which will provide and support access to financial resources for producers in the agricultural sector.
The Originality and scientific novelty of the research - new financial opportunities for the country's financial market, formed in the years of independence and rapidly proving its effectiveness for all stakeholders, as one of the optimal models of effective organization of microcredit in the agricultural sector. There are also opportunities to further improve access to finance in remote rural areas through mobile banking, internet banking, and other digital applications.
