In the article,the author notes that the profitability of companies operating in world markets and using several currencies is more sensitive to flustuations in the exchange rate. The article studied the ways of the modern era of strategic management and development of the agricultural sector to meet the requirements for the application of the principles of the new administration are being investigated. At the same time, the article on the study of strategic management in key areas are identified and revewed the implementation of the countrys agricultural sector.
Thus, although the decline in production in the manufacturing industry of Azerbaijan at first glance can be considered a natural reason, the study of the causes and factors affecting them is considered.
We investigate the management as an example of socio-eсonomic subjects and are directed to the increase of profitability to expand its financial and economic opportunities. The development and expansion of industry in our republic, the recognition of the countys economy in the world with its development rate show the political success in this area. According to the strategic aims of enterprises and organizations and their achievement the leaders actions are the strategic management actions.
Strategic management at the enterprises and organizations are the focus of leaders attention as the first and main system. Azerbaijan companies enter to the World Markets and have an opportunity to realize their goods in intermational markets. We have accepted strategic notion that bases on strategis management as one of the main issues in the article and it forms economic base for the firmness of the enitity, durability of its activity, development perspectives.
