The purpose of the research is to study the possibility of increasing the level of employment of the local population returning to the liberated territories, to develop appropriate proposals and recommendations in this direction.

The methodology of the research - the work uses methods of analysis, a systematic approach, grouping methods, analyzed and systematized statistical indicators on the resettled population to the territories liberated from occupation, the possibilities of their employment in these territories.

The practical importance of the research – the research allows the relevant state bodies, as well as economic entities and potential entrepreneurs to assess the real possibilities of creating new economic structures in the territories liberated from occupation.

The results of the research is to summarize the indicators reflecting the sources of natural resources in the liberated territories and to suggest ways of effectively organizing the employment of people subject to resettlement to these territories.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research - ways of implementing employment in these regions have been identified, proposals and recommendations for their implementation have been given.
