Directions of state regulation of the food industry in the territories liberated from occupation

The purpose of the research is to identify the directions of state regulation of the food industry in the territories liberated from the occupation (TLO)

The methodology of the research: the study was carried out following the laws on the development of agriculture and food industry, State programs, "Strategic roadmap for the production and processing of agricultural products in the Republic of Azerbaijan", economic and statistical tools, methods, techniques and approaches.

The practical importance of the research - the results of the research, the proposals put forward can be used to increase agricultural and food production, when developing programs in the field of measures of state regulation of agricultural and food production in the territories liberated from the occupation.

The results of the research - can be used in the organization and management of the food industry in the territories the territories liberated from the occupation, in state regulation.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research - in the article the growth of agricultural production is assessed as one of the prerequisites for an increase in food production. The study shows that since the restoration of Azerbaijan's independence, several consistent and systematic measures have been taken to increase food production. The article defines the main directions of state regulation of the formation and development of the food industry in the liberated territories (TLO). These directions are scientifically grounded and consist of financial and credit, price, tax, investment, insurance, foreign economic policy, government assistance to local producers, etc., and relevant proposals have been prepared.
