Directions for improving management in foreign trade

The purpose of the research -  is to identify ways of improving the maximum efficiency of management in this area based on an in-depth study of the economic and organizational aspects of management in foreign trade in consumer goods in a complex period of intensifying global economic challenges in modern conditions.

Adequately improve and update the management system of foreign trade in consumer goods in accordance with modern requirements is one of the important issues.Undoubtedly, it is impossible to achieve positive results without the active participation of the state in solving this complex problem. The state should be actively involved in the formation of a strong legal framework for the development of foreign trade relations, the creation and application of effective mechanisms, the adoption of incentive measures in this area. In connection with the expansion of foreign trade relations requires the expansion of measures for the country's effective specialization in the international division of labor and commodity markets, protection of the national economy from the negative effects of the world trade system and strengthening of Azerbaijani producers-exporters in world markets.

The methodology of the research - systematic and complex approach, comparative analysis, methods related to the generalization and evaluation of international experience in modern times have been used.

The practical importance of the research - theoretical, methodological and other results of the research can be used to conduct research on the issues under consideration, to improve and modernize the management system of foreign trade in consumer goods.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research - the main scientific novelty of the work is connected with the complex study of economic-organizational problems of management of foreign trade in consumer goods in the republic. A different approach was given about the regulation of foreign trade and the scientific substantiation of the foreign trade management system for consumer goods, and theoretical views on the management of foreign market processes were substantiated from a scientific context.
