Registration of foreign trade transactions and the introduction of "one-stop shop" system

The purpose of the research - plays an important role in studying the mechanisms of trade policy implementation in countries with which foreign partners are partners, which play a role in compiling the foreign trade balance on the one hand, performed in customs clearance in foreign trade operations. This process also allows for the determination of foreign trade statistics and the structure of the domestic market to ensure that the national economy is protected in the necessary impossible conditions.

The formalization process related to foreign trade is a special procedure. Efficiency and speed of registration is one of the main conditions. To this end, a number of countries can further expand and expand the scope of the one-stop-shop system of customs clearance in foreign trade operations. In the world practice, the "one-stop shop" system is a tool to significantly reduce and develop non-tariff barriers to non-compliance costs by developing better use of resources. The main initiative of the One-Stop-Shop system was to speed up and simplify the flow of information between trade and governments in order to bring effective benefits to all parties involved in foreign trade.

The methodology of the research consists of research in the economic literature and other sources on the application of the "one-stop shop" system in the field of formalization of foreign trade transactions and its necessity.

The practical importance of the research - the materials provided in the study can be used to obtain results related to foreign trade relations, to simplify import-export operations, to develop systematic measures, comprehensive approaches to solving problems of national economic interests.

The results of the research - our research focuses on ways to increase the volume of Azerbaijan's foreign trade operations with world countries and to continue the process of controlled formalization of the import-export process. International customs integration and coordinators of international organizations are of special importance in this process. Integration into the international management system is one of the main directions ensuring the development of trade, finance and economic spheres of goods and services.
