Development of the tradıng ınfrastructure of modern fınancıal markets: derıvatıves tradıng

The purpose of the research is a comparison of different models of global financial markets and analysis of problems and development trends of financial instruments trading infrastructure. The article focuses on the derivative financial instruments market and the factors influencing its development.

The methodology of the research is based on comparative analysis, empirical approaches and logical generalization. The main factor limiting the research is the need for broad mathematical modeling and extensive statistical database in odredr to ensure economic efficiency of practical implementation.

The practical importance of the research related to the study of the synergies between the financial and commodity markets and also, tools for managing related market risks. The research can be used to address the problems of ensuring access to capital in Azerbaijan through the establishment of sustainable financial markets and the use of new financial instruments thru formation of alternative financing mechanisms.

The results of the research are summarized as the prospects of organizing derivative trading in Azerbaijan by aggregating existing models of the modern trading infrastructure.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research is represented as a new perspective of the optimal capital market infrastructure model. Also, it studies the basis for the initiative for organization of the derivative trading in Azerbaijan, through the generalization of the problems of the trading infrastructure in global markets. Introduction of the derivative financial instruments offers an alternative financing solution, along with the development of effective risk management tools.
