DIVERSIFICATION OF THE INVESTMENT PORTFOLIO AND ANALYSIS OF OPTIMAL RISK MANAGEMENT IN SMEs
A B S T R A C T
The purpose of the research – the main purpose of the study is to provide proposals that are important for the diversification of the investment portfolio of small and medium-sized business entities in Azerbaijan and the economic consequences of their activities.
The methodology of the research – content analysis, secondary data analysis, analysis, synthesis and other research methods have been widely used.
The practical importance of the research – the results of this study can be used in the development of a number of plans and forecasts for the development of the diversification of the investment portfolio of SMEs and the selection of the right optimal risk management strategies.
The results of the research – mainly scientific and technical innovation, correct formation and distribution of investment portfolio, as well as optimal risk management were mentioned as directions for increasing the competitiveness of SMEs.
The originality and scientific novelty of the research – the analysis was carried out in the direction of the distribution of investments and the minimization of risks in KOS and relevant proposals were given.
