The purpose of the research is to evaluate the effectiveness of social management in addressing current social problems in modern society, such as poverty, social inequality, and health issues. Special attention is given to the role of information technology in optimizing social management processes.

The methodology of the research - the study is based on a comprehensive analysis of existing scientific literature, statistical data, and the results of practical social programs. Methods of comparative analysis, systems analysis, and statistical data processing are applied.

The practical importance of the research - the results of the study are aimed at optimizing the activities of social managers, developers of social programs, representatives of government agencies, and NGOs. The data obtained can be used to improve the effectiveness of social programs, enhance the quality of life for the population, and create a more just society.
