The purpose of the research – is to develop specific legislative proposals for improving some provisions of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Courts and Judges."

The methodology of the research – is a set of methods such as critical thinking, systemic analysis and comparative jurisprudence.

The practical importance of the research – is that by executing the content of the article, the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan can improve the current legislation.

The results of the research – are reflected in the developed models of new articles of law and new editions of existing articles.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research – the originality of the study lies in the fact that it consists of previously unpublished author's ideas. The scientific novelty of the study is that the legislative proposals reflected in it are presented to the legal community of Azerbaijan for the first time.
