THE INFLUENCE OF BUSINESS ETHICS ON THE COMPANY'S COMPETITIVENESS IN STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT

The purpose of the research is to determine the role of business ethics in strategic management and its impact on the competitiveness of the company.

The methodology of the research - theoretical and systematic analysis, systematic approach, scientific and logical generalization methods were used in the research process.

The results of the research - the effect of business ethics on competitiveness in strategic management as an internal factor of the company was revealed.

The practical importance of the research – in today's era, competition is everywhere, especially in the business field. Strategic management is used to fight healthy in the competitive market. Strategic management is influenced by various factors, one of which is business ethics.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research - during the research, the relationship between business ethics and strategic management and business ethics was studied first. Then, the impact of business ethics on the competitiveness of the company is substantiated.
