The purpose of the research - is to analyze the methods of state regulation implemented in the agricultural sphere in the economic districts liberated from occupation, to identify the peculiarities of the state regulation methods in this sphere and to determine the ways of their improvement.

The methodology of the research - during the study, the methods of observation, analysis, comparison and grouping were used.

The results of the research - in the article, the meaning of tax benefits and other state support of the Karabakh and East-Zangezur economic districts is considered.

The practical importance of the research - suggested methods and tools can be used by government agencies and entrepreneurs to promote development in liberated economic areas.

The originality and scientific novelty of  the research - the analysis shows that in the liberated regions, new institutional and administrative methods are used, and special methods of regulation are actively introduced by the state in the last two years. It also increases the need for new methods and mechanisms of regulation to ensure the development of liberated territories. Proposed mechanisms of administrative-economic and institutional methods for the release of economic districts are new.
