In the presented article, the activities carried out by the Great Leader in the period of his leadership in 1969-1982 through the involvement of huge capital investments in the reconstruction and development of the national economy sectors are again highlighted by presenting the relevant dynamics and indicators, and in this aspect, for the reliable food supply of the population In the grain complex of strategic importance, in the organization of the country's grain processing industry, the work done in the creation and development of the production forces that make up the leading part of this industrial segment is discussed in details.
Accordingly, at the beginning of the second stage of the National leader Heydar Aliyev's leadership, the situation in which the crisis in the socio-economic and political conditions reached its apogee, as well as the main reasons for the deplorable situation in providing the country's population with grain and bakery products as the main food outcome, are indicated in the article. The author emphasizes that the situation has been stabilized and reforms in this field have been started without wasting time, as a result of the National leader's determination, will and wisdom, and he considers this approach to be a successful solution model.
Finally, the author pays attention to the increase of the specific weight of domestic sources in providing the population with grain and bakery products, as a concrete result of the reforms carried out by President Ilham Aliyev in the grain complex of the country in recent years, which is the continuation of the legacy left by the National leader Heydar Aliyev. It is predicted that the implementation of these measures, freedom from occupation together with the expansion of grain crops in the occupied lands that the most important part of the demand for wheat in the country will be stimulated by local production.
