The purpose of the research - is the directions of increase in a role of industrial parks in expansion of structure of non-oil sector. Problems of expansion of structure of non-oil sector are investigated for this purpose. The attention is paid to acceleration of development of the perspective directions. The role of industrial parks in creation of new production spheres and in development of non-oil sector is given. Influence of industrial parks on an intensification of development of productions of the industrial sphere is analyzed. The basic principles and criteria of the effective organization of activity of industrial parks in the present period are considered. Problems of increase in volume of competitive and export-oriented products by use of capacity of industrial parks are investigated.

 The methodology of the research - the system and comparative analysis of definition of methodological approaches and ways of increase in a role of industrial parks in expansion of structure of non-oil sector, scientific views, works of different researchers and author's approaches.
