The article is dedicated to the National Leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev, to his successful steps in the field of public administration, and its effective results. The genius architect of Azerbaijani statehood Heydar Aliyev is the founder of the scientific-practical school in the field of modern state administration. The article talks about the unparalleled services of Heydar Aliyev in the field of public administration, and discusses the philosophy of the management school he created. The theoretical and practical basis of the Heydar Aliyev's administration school is the political and economic activities and principles he carried out during his leadership in Azerbaijan. Even today, Heydar Aliyev's adminis-tration school is important for the formation and development of the young generation and their successful representation in state administration.

In the article, the main directions and priorities of Heydar Aliyev's administrative activity  are analyzed, the main directions and strategic goals of his socio-economic policy in the field of public administration were scientifically and practically justified. Heydar Aliyev has always taken a comprehensive approach to the development of the country's economy, attached great importance to the development of the non-oil sector, and took successful steps in this field in the activities of state administration. Ensuring the territorial integrity of our country was the main line of his political administrative activities. This issue has always been in the center of his attention and has become the main priority of his foreign policy.

In this article, the Great Leader's economic policy is explained in detail, the macro-economic indicators of the country are analyzed for the period of his rule, and the successful results of the political leader's administrative activities are discussed. For this purpose, during the years of Heydar Aliyev's power, the growth rates of the Gross Domestic Product, the indicators of the production of industrial products (by types of ownership), as well as the growth dynamics of the private sector in the industrial products were analyzed. From these analyses, it can be concluded that during Heydar Aliyev's administration, the main line of economic development was the increase of the private sector's weight in the total domestic product.

The successful management activity of Ilham Aliyev as a follower of the politic course of the Great Leader is mentioned in the article. The successful continuation of the political line by Ilham Aliyev is evident from the successful dynamics of macroeconomic indicators in the economic field. This is related to the fact that our Honorable President Ilham Aliyev is a worthy follower of the political and economic line of the General National Leader. This kind of continuous activity is, of course, the basis of the development of the political and socio-economic activity of our country.
