The purpose of the research - it consists of identifying the aspects, factors, institutional approaches, modern management structure and its constituent elements of the modern approach to the management and productivity of agroparks in the regions.

The methodology of the research - the research was carried out by analyzing the foundations of the theory of organizational and economic factors, identifying a number of its shortcomings, and finally, explaining the organizational form of management and perfor-mance of agroparks in accordance with the requirements of modern times.

The practical importsance of the research - the main provisions and results of the research can be used to examine the theoretical foundations of agricultural park management and the rational use of the country's agricultural resources.

The results of the research - determining and taking into account the basis for the development of agriculture and human capital as the main resource for the creation of each element of the agropark.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research - the study identified new approaches and factors for the formation of agricultural parks and the integrated development of management. It is suggested that the agropark be created in accordance with the compo-nents and basic features of the modern structure, taking into account the new development factors of the period.
