The purpose of the research - the article considers the issues of financial support for the liberation of the historical lands of Azerbaijan, Karabakh, and their restoration. In this regard, tasks such as studying the role and importance of the state budget and other financial funds of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been set.

The methodology of the research - general scientific methods were used in the research: classification and grouping, generalization, factor analysis methods. Their coordination allows to ensure the necessary level of depth and universality of research and the validity of the results.

The practical importance of the research - the higher the rate of development of the national economy, the greater the demand for financial resources, which in turn becomes an objective necessity for the provision of funding for the restoration of the liberated lands of the Republic of Azerbaijan. In this regard, it is important to take measures to increase the role of financial resources in the national economy.

The results of the research - successful development of the Azerbaijani economy, its development not only in the oil and gas industry, but also the development of non-oil sectors, increasing the country's export potential. Recommendations were made to ensure the effectiveness of the measures taken for this purpose.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research - the restoration of the liberated territories, ensuring a great return has been raised to the level of national priority. The restoration of new international and regional transport and logistics infrastructure in the Karabakh region and the creation of new ones, along with increasing the country's access to global markets, play an important role in the development of liberated territories.
