The purpose of the research – the essence and importance of application in medical institute insurance in an intensification of private sector development of health care is considered. Basic elements and features of the organization and development of institute of medical insurance are analyzed too. Influence and interrelation between institute of medical insurance and the private sector of health care is investigated. The most relevant problems of a health care system in the conditions of the market relations are considered. Compulsory procedures and problems on regulation of activity of private enterprises of health care are systematized. Important aspects of functioning of the state and budgetary system in health sector and ensuring activity of the dominant medical undertakings are analyzed.

The methodology of the research - the system and comparative analysis of definition of methodological approaches and ways taking into account features of a health care system and importance of providing alternative forms of development of the medical enterprises and, in general, private sector development of health care.
