The purpose of the research – to provide a comparative analysis of the emergence and development of juvenile delinquency.                                                 

The methodology of the research – the study conducted analyses based on available statistical data on criminal acts committed by minors.                           

The practical importance of the research – the results obtained during the research can be used as theoretical and practical material in law-enforcement activities.                  

The results of the research – consists of analyzing and evaluating scientific data obtained through scientific research into juvenile delinquency.                       

The originality and scientific novelty of the research – this study reflects a new way of thinking about the analysis of juvenile crime indicators.
