The  National Leader  Heydar  Aliyev  who played an exceptional role in the fate of   Azerbaijani people during  the soviet  period and after  getting independence, had the greatest services for the development of the Azerbaijani language. He put his signature under a myriad of legal acts in order to protect, develop, purify and promote our language. Heydar Aliyev  was engraved on the  memory of this  nation due to his invaluable services to the Azerbaijani people, as well as the  Azerbaijani language.
