The purpose of the research is to scientifically study the impact of the material and technical base, production potential, level of qualification of executors, scientific and technical level of project solutions, quality of construction work, organization of production and management on the development of organizational processes of construction and investment activities.

The methodology of the research is a systematic and comprehensive study of the development of organizational processes of construction and investment activities.

The practical importance of the research is to apply the obtained results in the management of organizational and economic processes of construction and investment activities. Interaction of designers and organizers, technique of coordination of concepts, rules of carrying out works combining economic projects, network of implementation of the investment project.

The results of the research - the improvement of the development of organizational and economic processes of construction and investment activities - are conceptual innovations in this area. Application of research results in construction and investment activities depends on the production potential of the material and technical base of organizational processes, the level of qualification of executors, the scientific and technical level of project solutions, the quality of construction, the level of organization of production and management.

The originality and scientific novelty of the research - the organization of the man-agement of the construction and investment process - the basic scheme of technological im-provement, the main directions of the medium construction enterprise and its development, the management of competitiveness, the multidimensional model of enterprise management were developed. At the same time, the main changes in the management of foreign companies were identified and their development trends were compared, taking into account the ex-perience of management of construction companies in Azerbaijan.
